"The Other Side of New"

Pastor Selara R. Mann, Jr.

December 31, 2011

We like to look at the positive side of new by imagining a car straight off the showroom floor, a house built from the ground-up, or a first-born. But, we often fail to look at the other side of new within those same circumstances. When both sides fail to be examined, we often fail to reach the blessing that occurs after we finish battling with the "uns" such as uncomfortable, untested, unsure, uncomfortable, unprepared, unorganized, and unstable. Perspective gains the ability to indeed deal with the other side of new.

Join Pastor Selara R. Mann, Jr. in a detailed examination of the other side of new through the use of real-life scenarios and Biblical examples. Follow along with him as he lays the foundation for why it is vitally important for our success in a Christ-following ethic to understand everything that new encompasses as we enter the beginning of a "new" year.
